Mr. Kelaher has been practicing law in the State of New Jersey since 1961 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals 3rd Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. He currently serves as the Mayor of Toms River and has received numerous honors and awards, including being named a Knight in the Order of St. Gregory the Great by Pope John Paul II. Mr. Kelaher received his undergraduate degree from St. Peter's College before receiving his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law. He served in the United States Marine Corps Active Duty and Marine Corps Reserves for 28 years, retiring as a lieutenant colonel. His community associations include:
